The pair has not yet publicly responded to reports of their engagement at the time.Gaga and Carino’s romancewas first confirmed in February this year, after the star performed at Super Bowl Half Time show. Since then, the couple has also been spotted together at parties, smooching in West Hollywood and taking hikes together.Gaga was previously engaged to Taylor Kinney in 2015, but she and the actor split in 2016 after five years together.
