The rich and famous names linked to the so-called Paradise Papers continue to come in thickand fast.The Papers shine a light on how the wealthy use offshore tax havens to manage their tax burdens. The reports are based on a leak of 13.4 million filesfrom two offshore service providers and the company registries of 19 tax havens. The details were obtained by the German newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung and have been subsequently widely covered across the press. In the hours after the news leaded on Sunday, a host of big names were reported to have use tax havens to varying degrees, including the Queen, Lewis Hamilton and Bono. Facebook, Twitter and Nike were also been named.As the saga rumbles on, a new high profile has been caught. According to reports, the Colombian singer-songwriter , Shakira, makes an appearance in the documents under her full name, Shakira Isabel Mebarak Ripoll.It is said that she is listed as a resident of the Bahamas even though she lives in Barcelona, with husband Gerard Pique who himself ordered to cough up(€2.5 million) £2 million of unpaid taxes by Spanish authorities in 2015.
