Checkout LAX Outfit During OLIC 4 Performance

I personally am still trying to understand why LAX decided to perform at OLIC 4 in his NYSC uniform, like really, what was he thinking when he decided that was the best outfit for the event?

Is this his way of showing the street he is at their ‘service’ or he just ran out of ideas, any at all, be it brilliant or even good for this show?
